#8. HOUSE OF YES

In collaboration with Brooklyn nightclub House of Yes, I created a set of moving images to accompany their guidelines on substance safety, consent, and diversity. The first image is a cautionary guide for clubbers to pay close attention to their drinks, the second an emphasis on the TV girl’s freedom to “change her own channel” whenever she pleases, and the third sees a group of objects, plants, animals, planets fornicating with each other as a statement of diversity. I made the creative decision to be especially graphic / extreme with the last one as I have had experience with racial discrimination myself, both personally and indirectly through loved ones.
